When I worked in the restaurant business, I spent a lot of time poring over cookbooks and sharing glasses of wine with fellow cooks in order to get inspiration for my own recipes. These are some of those very recipes.  Some you've probably seen over the years (I've been stopped in the street and asked about the chicken salad!), others are relatively new.  We think you'll like them all!
