Dressings Dips Spreads

One of our favorite things to "evangelize" about is the ickiness of sto-bought salad dressings.  I tell people all the time that they can make their own, only to hear, "Easy for you to say."Well, NOW, you can have the next best thing to making it yourself.  Our dressings, dips, and spreads are minus xanthum gum and poly-whatchamacallits, but full of simple, delicious flavor. In our home we use these "dressings" as dip for crudites, as "sauce" for pastas (main course or side salad) and fish and, well, you get the picture.  We hope to make YOU a convert.
