 - Turkey Meatloaf ~ lean ground turkey mixed with kalamata olives,  feta cheese, and oregano; served with a wild mushroom oregano gravy.   Serves 4.  $10
 - Tunisian Pork Tagine ~ cubed pork tenderloin spiced with cumin,  coriander,  cinnamon, and pepper. Ground toasted almonds thicken the  broth in the  last minutes of cooking. Served with couscous.  Serves 4.  $14.
 - Rosemary Chicken Pot Pie ~ tender white meat chicken, mushrooms  and potatoes in a rosemary veloute, baked inside a flaky pastry crust - a  Goodnight Gracie favorite!  Serves 4.  $14
